Painted on poster board, these samples can be taped to your walls so you can "live" with the color before it is actually applied. It is important to see how colors react at different times of the day and under different lighting conditions.

Accessory Buying & Placement . . . . . . . .$500day/$75 hr. (+accessory cost)

Example: The tops of your kitchen cabinets are bare. Your countertops look okay, but not quite right. We will begin by fishing through your cabinets and other rooms of your home in search of decorative items that we can use. Once those are determined, we will do the legwork for you, find just the right accessories to fill in, and bring them back to your home and arrange them for you. By the end of the day your kitchen looks like a page out of a magazine and the accessories are tailored to your own unique style!

If I am out shopping on my own and come across the perfect item for your home I will call you with a description of the item and upon your approval, will purchase the item and add on 15% in lieu of an hourly fee for my time and delivery.

Scouting for Furniture or Major Purchases. . . . . . . .$300 day/$65 hr.

Again, we will do the legwork for you and compile a list of potential furnishings from various sources for you to look at and make decisions from.

Space Planning:

Measuring. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .$75 hr. ($75 min.) Preparing the Plan . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $175 and up

We will measure each room and the furnishings you would like to keep. Then we will arrange one or more floor plans for your approval. We will make any adjustments necessary to the approved plan and present that to you along with a list of furnishings and dimensions for you to refer to when shopping.

Design service fees are due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise specified. Invoices for your records will be sent out on a monthly basis.

MURALS / FAUX FINISHES

Murals and faux finishes range in price according to a variety of factors, including:
  • size (entire wall, border only, cartoon character, etc.)
  • amount of detail in the design
  • labor (estimated working time)
  • existing wall conditions (textured, flat, prepped or damaged)
  • other conditions (high ceilings, exterior work, etc.)
Average price range:

  • Initial consultation

Prices do not include:
  • Sample Boards if needed (faux finishes)
  • Rental of scaffolding
  • Travel beyond 25 mile radius of studio
  • Out of town travel & accomodations
  • Client requested stencil purchases

A 50% deposit is required at the beginning of work, with the balance due upon completion.
